Oracle force majeure notice rattles Blue Owl data-center project

Reuters Breakingviews says Oracle issued a force majeure notice to a Blue Owl Capital unit over potential power delays at a New Mexico data-center campus. Oracle shares fell 3.3% on Sept. 24 and were down 0.8% to $138 on Sept. 25 morning trading.
