The total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury is 38,093,861. The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding treasury shares as at 25 September 2026 is 964,652,153. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Company or its Group under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
