It's now turbocharging growth with AI cooling and modular-construction. Depending on how investors discount a slowdown, the mooted $5 bln valuation will be tempting. Context News Accelevation, which provides infrastructure for data centers, said on September 22 that it plans to sell 8.6 million shares for between $20 and $24 each, in an initial public offering that would value the company's equity at about $4.9 billion. Existing owners of Accelevation, which designs and installs cooling and power systems, also intend to sell 21.4 million shares. The company generated $437 million of revenue in the first half of the year, compared to $159 million a year earlier. It swung to $28 million of operating profit from a loss over the same span in 2025. Olympus Partners, which bought Accelevation for an undisclosed amount in January 2025, will retain 85% of the company’s stock. T
