India Sets Second-Half Borrowing at 7.9 Trillion Rupees

India will raise 7.9 trillion rupees ($82.4 billion) in the second half of the financial year ending March 31, 2027, The amount is largely in line with the government's planned borrowing for the period, the government said in a statement Friday.
