BUZZ — Atresmedia rises on interim dividend proposal

* Shares in Atresmedia rise 8% after the Spanish media conglomerate proposed paying an interim dividend on Wednesdau * The dividend comes from the ordinary results generated during 2026 and from the extraordinary gains from the sale of its stake in Fever Labs, the company says * Atresmedia "is distributing the proceeds from a financial investment with an exceptional rate of return... which had not been fully recognised by the market," analysts at Renta 4 say * The proposed €0.83 gross interim dividend would be paid on December 16 * The stock is on track for its best day since April 2021 and, including the session, has gained 21.5% YTD (Reporting by Javi West Larrañaga) ((javier.west@thomsonreuters.com; +34 918 35 61 12)
