The Ordinary Shares purchased will be held in treasury. Total voting rights Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 54,000,000 of which 220,000 are held in treasury, therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares each carrying one voting rights is 53,780,000.
