KYIV, Sept 24 (Reuters) — Ukraine exported 0.96 million metric tons of grain over September 1-21 period, or about 38% of the export potential, agriculture minister Taras Vysotskyi said on Thursday. Ukrainian grain exports have fallen sharply after Russian attacks effectively blocked key Ukrainian Black Sea ports in late July.
