RentGuarantor has increased its engagement with the Living Sector, establishing relationships with key operators and investing in building a team of BTR specialists. As institutional investment in professionally managed rental accommodation continues to grow, the Company is expanding its presence within the sector, providing a solution aimed at supporting both operators and tenants whilst helping to streamline the lettings process. Way of Life The Company has signed a twelve-month agreement with Way of Life, one of the ‘big three’ BTR operators in the UK, with a national portfolio comprising more than 2,500 managed units.

Under this agreement, RentGuarantor will act as Way of Life’s preferred professional guarantor provider, offering its rent guarantee solution to prospective tenants who require additional support in meeting tenancy requirements, thereby helping to broaden access to high-quality BTR accommodation whilst reducing risk for both parties. Essential Living The Company has signed a two-year agreement with Essential Living, one of the first BTR developers in the London market, under which RentGuarantor will become the preferred professional guarantor solution for its tenants.

In addition to its established BTR presence, Essential Living also manages Private Rented Sector assets, with its combined portfolio comprising approximately 1,000 units across flagship developments in Greenwich, Islington and Bethnal Green. According to Rightmove, average rents for one-and-two bedroom apartments in these locations range from approximately £1,955 to £2,608 per month.
