The transactions total more than 4,300 sq ft and reflect continued demand from growth businesses in the software solutions and AI led sectors. They follow a series of recent lettings at City Tower, taking leasing activity to more than 20,000 sq ft so far this financial year. The latest phase will convert a further 38,000 sq ft of space to GPE’s Fully Managed offer, supported by an enhanced arrival experience and a new gym as well as a dedicated Skyline Twenty One lounge and coffee bar.
