("Syndax").

The Relay agreement will expand to support the commercialization of Syndax's breakthrough acute leukaemia precision oncology medicine, helping identify eligible patients sooner and enabling more timely access to treatment opportunities. The agreement builds on the existing partnership with Syndax signed in Q4 2025 and reflects a shared commitment to improving patient outcomes through more effective patient identification and commercial execution. Relay is Diaceutics' integrated commercialization partner model, which was previously referred to as PMx.

It brings together the full breadth of Diaceutics' intelligence and engagement solutions — spanning diagnostic regulatory planning, testing landscape, concordance studies, real-time diagnostic intelligence, scientific field engagement and physician education — in one coordinated commercialization solution, and supports Diaceutics' expanding addressable market.
