Rebecca (Becky) will join Hikma in Q1 2027. Hikma will confirm the date of Becky's appointment in due course.

Becky joins Hikma from ViiV Healthcare, the global specialist HIV pharmaceutical company majority owned by GSK, with Shionogi as a shareholder, where she is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for finance, supply chain and business development. In 2025, ViiV Healthcare generated revenue of close to £8 billion and delivered 11% growth. Becky brings more than twenty years of experience from ViiV Healthcare and GSK, spanning pharmaceuticals and consumer products.

She has also worked across three continents, having been based in London, the US, where she led ViiV Finance for North America, and Singapore, where she led Supply Chain Finance for Asia Pacific, Latin America and Middle East and North Africa. About Becky Hall Becky spent the first fourteen years of her career at GSK, progressing through commercial, strategic, corporate and supply chain finance roles across the UK, Europe and emerging markets. She also served as Chief of Staff to the GSK Group CFO in the CEO Office. Becky joined ViiV Healthcare in 2018 as Global Finance Controller and Commercial Strategy Finance lead, before moving to the US as Vice President and Head of North America Finance. She was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ViiV in 2024.
