The Company wishes to announce that its 70% owned subsidiary, Oriole Hydro Padas Sdn Bhd ("OHP"), has received a letter dated 22 September 2026 from the Energy Commission of Sabah. The letter notified OHP that the extension of the Financial Close Date ("FCD") and the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date ("SCOD") for the Oriole Hydro Project has been approved, as follows: (i) the FCD has been extended from 31 October 2026 to 30 June 2027; and (ii) the SCOD has been extended from 30 April 2030 to 31 December 2030. The extensions do not change the other terms previously approved for the project, including the tariff and the scope of the project.
