Others Trc Synergy Berhad ("The Company") - Resignation Of External Auditors Trc Synergy Berhad Type Announcement Subject OTHERS Description TRC SYNERGY BERHAD ("THE COMPANY") — RESIGNATION OF EXTERNAL AUDITORS The Board of Directors ("the Board") of TRC Synergy Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had received a notice in writing ("the Notice") given pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016 from from Messrs. SBY Partners PLT ("SBY") in respect of their resignation as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 22 September 2026. Subsequently, pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act 2016, the term of office of SBY as the Auditors for the Company shall end after twenty-one (21) days from the date of the Notice. The resignation of SBY is due to constraints on the number of partners in the forthcoming months, as stated in the Notice. Save for the above, the Board wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters or circumstances that may be required to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
