TECHNICALS — New York coffee may retest resistance at $2.7835

For more technical analyses, please click TECH/C SINGAPORE, Sept 24 (Reuters) — New York December coffee may retest a resistance at $2.7835 per lb, a break above may lead to a gain into the $2.8105-$2.8365 range. A bullish divergence formed on the hourly RSI, suggesting an exhaustion of the downtrend and a forthcoming strong bounce. A projection analysis on the downtrend from $3.1725 marks a few possible targets. A break below $2.7265 may be followed by a drop into the $2.6345-$2.6915 range.
