Kyiv mayor dispatches emergency crews to city district after explosions in capital
Sept 24 (Reuters) — Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko dispatched emergency crews to a district outside the city centre early on Thursday after a new round of explosions hit the capital, the mayor said on Telegram. Reuters witnesses said several explosions had resounded after 1 a.m. local time. Russian forces had maintained attacks on the city though most of Wednesday, killing two people and injuring 45, according to Klitschko.
