US NATGAS: Henry Hub - Highest Settle Since Early July

The front month Henry Hub contract settled at $3.023/MMBtu, the highest price since early July 2026 after a volatile trading day; production slips, below-average injection expected * The latest MNI data show daily production is at 108.4 Bcf/d, down 2.42 Bcf/d from yesterday. TX and PA show the largest week/week decline at 1.4 Bcf/d apiece. * Estimated average daily gas production in the L48 for the last seven days, September 17-September 23, was 112.19 Bcf/d compared to 113.77 Bcf/d in the previous seven-day period. * The lower production may translate into an overall L48 net injection for the week ending September 18th: EIA natgas survey (bcf): +50 (Bbg), +53 (Rtrs), +53 (WSJ), +76 (5-yr-avg). The below-average injection would make it the sixth in consecutive weeks and pull inventories closer to the five-year average exit.
