Rubio discusses possible sanctions in meeting with Indian counterpart

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with Indian External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar in New York on Wednesday and discussed sanctions that could be leveled against countries that engage economically with Russia and Iran, the US State Department said in a statement.
