US NATGAS: Stonewall Outage to Reduce Flows to TCO
DT Midstream's force majeure on Stonewall Gas Gathering will reduce flows to TCO based on the TCO capacity limitations sited by Columbia Gas as a result. * Flows to TCO from Stonewall at the Braxton interconnect for today were listed as 981 MMcf/d from the evening cycle. * The TCO notice states receipts from Stonewall will be limited to 400 MMcf/d until further notices. * This brings will reduce flows by 581 MMcf/d from the evening cycle nominations. * Regional basis may get a price bump from the additional volume being offline, but it's unlikely to return prices high enough to offset the 2-2.5 Bcf/d of gas already economically shut-in. But some support is expected in intra-day pricing.
