India's Waaree Energies to merge Indosolar into group

Indian solar module manufacturer Waaree Energies NSE:WAAREEENER said on Wednesday it approved a draft scheme to merge Indosolar NSE:WAAREEINDO with the company, in a bid to simplify the group structure.
