OIL: Aframax Appears to Arrive at Yanbu

Sentinel imagery from Sep. 22 shows one vessel of around Aframax size at the Ras Al Ma'ajjiz loading terminal at Yanbu. * The loading terminal was empty on Sep. 20, implying that the tankers arrival could signal some readiness for a near-term restart at Yanbu, * By comparison there was one Suezmax loading there on Sep. 10, and two Suezamax and an Aframax loading there Sep. 9. * Loadings from Yanbu have been suspended on Sep. 15 due to limited storage and the closure of the East-West pipeline Sep. 10 following an attack. * Yanbu is supplied by moving crude from Abqaiq in Saudi Arabia's Eastern province to the terminal along the East-West pipeline.
