Northeast & New England Gas: Daily Fundamentals Report: pdf Northeast basis strengthened across most of the region yesterday. DomSouth fell 1 cent and is still below $1.40/MMBtu outright. TETCO M2 rose 4 cents and TGP Z4 closed up 8 cents. TETCO M3 rose 6 cents while Transco Z6 NY was up 5 cents. All locations remain below $1.50/MMBtu outright. * A Nor'easter with Tropical Storm undertones is developing for the Atlantic Seaboard this week, bringing cooler than normal temps. For the 5-day window, Pittsburg will be 12 days below normal, Phili will be 16 days below, and NYC will be 11 days below normal. * Northeast demand is down 20 MMcf/d to 9.8 Bcf/d, and is down 1.8 Bcf/d from the 30-day average. Res/com demand is up 33 MMcf/d, while power demand down 40 MMcf/d. PA demand is up 127 MMcf/d, OH is down 110 MMcf/d, and NY is down 37 MMcf/d. * Northeast production is down 0.5 Bcf/d to 35.2 Bcf/d and is down 2.0 Bcf/d from the 30-day average. Production is down 273 MMcf/d in PA, down 131 MMcf/d in WV, and down 85 MMcf/d in OH. Equitrans shut-ins are around 0.8 Bcf/d, bringing total NE shut-ins to ~2.2 Bcf/d. * Southeast outflows fell 267 MMcf/d overnight. MichCon outflows rose 105 MMcf/
