Forward Industries Commences ~$25M Offering Of 3.125M Common Shares At $8 Per Share

Forward Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: FWDI ) (the "Company" or "Forward"), the leading Solana treasury company, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with an institutional investor for the purchase and sale of 3,125,000 shares of the Company's common stock at a price of $8.00 per share. Aggregate gross proceeds are expected to be approximately $25 million, before fees and deducting placement agent fees and other estimated offering expenses.
