L48 Gas: Daily Fundamentals Report: Henry Hub prompt is up 8 cents this morning at $3.04/MMBtu, and u p 15 cents from last week. The Winter strip is trading at $3.41/MMBtu, up 8 cents overnight, and the Summer-Winter spread is trading flat overnight at -$0.37/MMBtu. Prompt is over $3/MMBtu for the first time since the first week of July, though the Jan contract is still below $4.00/MMBtu * NOAA 6-10: Above normal temperatures are favored across most of the CONUS, consistent with the temperature consolidation. Near normal temperatures are favored for a large area of the northwestern CONUS, while below normal temperatures are slightly favored for parts of Washington and Oregon, consistent with the consolidation and ahead of the predicted trough over the northeastern Pacific. * L48 production is down 1.3 Bcf/d at 109.5 Bcf/d today after a 1.5 Bcf/d upward revision yesterday, and is down 3.1 Bcf/d from last weeks near record highs. TX posted a 0.6 Bcf/d overnight decrease, followed by PA falling 0.3 Bcf/d, LA falling 0.2 Bcf/d, and OH and WV both falling 0.1 Bcf/d. * L48 demand is at 81.8 Bcf/d, down 0.5 Bcf/d overnight after a 0.5 Bcf/d upward revision yesterday, and is down 4.9 Bcf/d
