Crude storage capacity utilisation rates among Shandong Independent refineries fell by 0.7%pts on the week to 39.9% for the seven days to Sep. 23, OilChem said. * This takes the total inventory to 2.34m mt, a 70k mt weekly decline. * By comparison, inventory rates at Shandong's teapots stood at 41.6% during the same period in 2025, according to OilChem data.
