FOREX: Breman Inspired Support for NZDUSD Dwindling

* The strengthening theme for the dollar continues to be alive and well following the Fed, as the USD index extends the recovery from the September lows to as much as 2.3% this morning. Alongside this dollar recovery, the New Zealand dollar is the worst performing currency in September, and price action this morning is seeing NZDUSD test back below 0.57. * After making a low of 0.5694 low yesterday, hawkish leaning remarks from RBNZ Governor Breman prompted a notable turnaround, with the pair bouncing to a session high of 0.5749. This recovery fell short of the prior breakdown point at 0.5762 and the ensuing weakness proves that short-term rallies remain purely corrective at this juncture, with a strong underlying bearish theme in play. * Price action gains in significance given the strong tech-led rally for equities to start the week, having little impact on the usually risk sensitive Kiwi. On the downside, 0.5673 is the next target for the move, before the year's lows which reside at 0.5626. * Dollar driven price dynamics have allowed AUDNZD momentum to stall, and yesterday saw a brief dip back below 1.24. 20-day EMA support is located at 1.2315 for the cross, while cycle highs a
