POWER: Gresham House Targets 397MW BESS Energisation from H2 2027

Gresham House Energy Storage Fund has 397MW of new battery projects under construction, with first energisations targeted from H2 2027, the fund said Tuesday. * The 57MW Monets Garden and 100MW Elland 2 projects are due to energise in H2 2027, followed by the 240MW Cockenzie project in H1 2028. * A further 777MW of projects has been conditionally acquired, with construction expected to begin from mid-to-late 2027. * The 1.17GW pipeline would more than double Gresham House's current 1.07GW operational portfolio.
