* The EIA weekly petroleum inventory data for the week ending Sep 18 is due at 10:30ET (15:30BST). Data is expected to show a US crude draw of 0.58mbbl and with gasoline build of 0.05mbbl and distillates draw of 0.34mbbl and refinery utilisation 0.62%pts lower, a Bloomberg survey shows. * The latest Genscape European ARA crude inventories will be released today.
