Dalrada terminates IBS $20M LC and $5M credit facilities

Dalrada Technology Group, via subsidiary Genefic, terminated two unfunded financing arrangements with IBS affiliates: a $20 million standby letter of credit and guaranty facility and a $5 million credit and receivables facility. IBS set Sep 15, 2026 as the effective termination date; Dalrada also disputes fees.
