British Pound futures slide to two-month lows on central bank divergence.

British Pound futures continued their downward trajectory, trading near two-month lows after declining in six of the last seven sessions. Selling pressure persisted at 1.3330, driven by a divergence in central bank policies following the Bank of England's decision to hold rates steady while the Fed hiked. Geopolitical discussions at the United Nations also added to intraday volatility. The pullback marks a sharp reversal from a six-month high reached just four weeks ago. A similar pattern emerged in Euro futures, which also hit two-month lows as the U.S. Dollar Index climbed to a two-month high. Australian Dollar and Canadian Dollar futures experienced milder declines across a broadly softer FX complex.
