KB Home backlog ends Q3 higher for first time in four years

KB Home said its ending backlog increased for the first time in four years: homes in backlog rose 2% to 4,398 and backlog value rose 3% to $2.05 billion at fiscal Q3 end. Quarterly net orders fell 12% year over year to 2,604 homes.
