Helmerich & Payne raises CEO and CFO compensation packages

Helmerich & Payne increased compensation packages for President and CEO Raymond John "Trey" Adams III and SVP & CFO Todd Scruggs, effective October 1, 2026, with additional target incentive increases for fiscal 2027.
