Huckleberry.ai terminates 2023 loan agreement, repays all obligations

Huckleberry.ai terminated its Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement at the Sept. 22, 2026 closing of its transactions, with all borrowings and obligations paid in full, commitments terminated, and related liens and guarantees released.
