Atomera to present on 4F² DRAM transistors and GaN devices

Atomera plans a paper and poster at SISPAD 2026 using its Mears Silicon Technology™ (MST®) Quantum Engineered Epitaxial Silicon platform, including a paper on enabling next-generation 4F² DRAM transistors and a poster on a GaN device application.
