Lantronix nominates Jason Lamb; two directors to exit

Lantronix nominated defense tech executive and former Navy SEAL Jason Lamb for election as an independent director at its Nov. 3, 2026 annual meeting. Chair Hoshi Printer and Director Jim Auker will not stand for re-election.
