Fuse Battery Metals ends RTO with Pointor AI, seeks halt lift

Fuse Battery Metals terminated its proposed reverse take-over with Pointor AI after financing was not completed and asked the TSX Venture to lift the trading halt. Director Andrew Gertler resigned.
