Teradyne partners with GS Microelectronics U.S. on AI test center
Teradyne (TER) shares rose Tuesday after the company announced a multi-year partnership with GS Microelectronics U.S. to establish a new test-and-evaluation center focused on AI and next-generation chips, combining GSME chip design and manufacturing with Teradyne testing.
