CanCambria Energy announces $5.0 million brokered LIFE offering

CanCambria Energy Corp. says it has entered an agreement with Research Capital Corporation as sole agent and sole bookrunner for a brokered LIFE offering to accelerate its shallow oil project in southern Hungary.
