Persistent Systems secures 83.25% of Nagarro; delisting planned

Persistent Systems says it has secured an 83.25% stake in Nagarro via its voluntary public takeover offer. An additional acceptance period runs until 6 October, and Persistent is preparing a funding plan of up to USD 1.25 billion for the acquisition.
