GS Microelectronics forms multi-year test partnership with Teradyne

GS Microelectronics U.S., Inc. and Teradyne announced a multi-year partnership to build a Teradyne-equipped semiconductor test center at GSME’s new Silicon Valley HQ, opening in Q4 2026, with joint customer engagements and expanded global engineering support.
