Evolution AB cancels up to 19.9M treasury shares

Evolution will reduce share capital by up to €65.0K by cancelling up to 19,922,661 repurchased shares (16,168,492 held at the meeting), then restore capital via a bonus issue and a reduction without cancelling shares.
