Kirkland Lake Discoveries upsized a best-efforts private placement to raise up to about $12.3M in FT/Special FT shares and up to $5.0M in HD shares, with an agent option for up to about $2.87M more. Closing expected on or about Oct. 8, 2026, subject to approvals.
