UAE central bank preliminarily approves National Bank of Egypt-Banque Misr UAE deal
The UAE central bank issued preliminary approval for National Bank of Egypt’s request to acquire Banque Misr’s UAE branches, the two banks said.
The United Arab Emirates central bank has given preliminary approval to National Bank of Egypt’s request to acquire Banque Misr’s branches in the UAE, the two Egyptian banks said on Tuesday.
