Choice Properties REIT completes $300 million Series Y debenture issuance

Choice Properties REIT (TSX: CHP.UN) says it has completed a previously announced private placement issuance of $300 million aggregate principal amount of Series Y senior unsecured debentures in certain Canadian provinces.
