Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. (GMG) agreed to sell 6,465,336 shares at CA$2.15 to raise approximately $10M, expected to close on or about Sept. 23, 2026, subject to TSXV approval; proceeds will fund production scale-up, commercialization and working capital.
