SEBI settles Hindenburg-related proceedings against five Adani firms

SEBI settled adjudication proceedings against five Adani Group companies for a total ₹1.51 crore, related to allegations of related-party transaction (RPT) disclosure and corporate governance issues mentioned in the Hindenburg Report.
