Carlin Gold reschedules AGM for 5% NSR spin-out approval

Carlin Gold rescheduled its shareholder meeting to Nov. 30, 2026 to seek approval for a Cortez Summit 5% NSR spin-out and the issuance of 16,538,462 units to Electrum for approximately $21.5M, which would create a Control Person. The new record date is Oct. 1, 2026.
