Nevada King Gold buys C$8M gold-backed exchange-traded securities

Nevada King Gold Corp. bought C$8M of exchange-traded securities backed by physical gold (~1,240 oz) at an average ~$4,340/oz and plans to hold for at least 12 months. The company says cash, short-term investments, and gold total about C$16M.
