Fredun Pharmaceuticals Limited has acquired a 26 percent stake in Goodman Vetcare Private Limited for an undisclosed sum. The deal marks Fredun Pharma’s second acquisition in the animal health, veterinary retail and pet-care market in less than two weeks. The acquisition gives Fredun Pharma a foothold in the market.
