Datapulse gets no-objection for FY2026 AGM extension if delisting rejected

Singapore Exchange Regulation granted Datapulse a no-objection letter on Sept. 21 for its request to extend its financial year 2026 annual general meeting reporting deadlines, provided shareholders reject its proposed delisting. The AGM deadline would be Jan. 31, 2027, and the sustainability report deadline would be Jan. 17, 2027. Waivers from AGM and sustainability report rules would apply if shareholders approve the delisting with a fair and reasonable exit offer.
