Stonepeak invests in AMPYR Distributed Energy infrastructure platform

Stonepeak announced an equity investment in AMPYR Distributed Energy (ADE), a distributed energy infrastructure platform launched in 2024 with AGP. ADE invests in, owns, and operates onsite renewable energy assets for commercial and industrial customers across the UK and Europe, with a pipeline above 1 GW and 250 MW contracted across 200 sites. The funding targets faster project launches and accelerated development across ADE's operating regions.
